Lauren Bennett joined the Center for Counseling and Family Relationships in 2023. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Communications. Lauren is earning her Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Colorado Christian University. She desires to gain experience as a play therapist, and her previous experience includes working with adolescents
through her church.

Lauren desires to see individuals at all ages and stages of life flourish. She believes counseling can provide the space, support, and connection for each individual to take steps towards growth.
