Michelle Yoo joined the Center for Counseling and Family Relationships in 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Liberty University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Michelle is an LPC Associate. She is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner for working with children who have experienced trauma. Her previous experience includes working overseas as a missionary teacher in South Korea, private practice, and with a foster care and adoption agency.

Michelle believes that the brain can rewire and unlearn in a trust-based relationship, which she strives to do her best to provide and build with each client.
