What Do Current Employees Think?

Kareecia

“What I enjoy most is the balance of independence and support. I can work flexibly while having a team of leaders and colleagues I can always consult with. The systems in place make compliance less stressful, and the family-like culture creates a sense of belonging you don’t find everywhere.”

Becky

“CCFAM has high standards of ethical practice and operates at a level of excellence while also caring about their staff as individuals. It is rare to find a place that is run so seamlessly and has high professional expertise, but also makes their staff feel seen and cared for the way CCFAM does. These factors enable and equip our clinicians to care for our clients effectively and compassionately!”
