The counseling process is unique for everyone. Meaningful change typically begins to emerge within 10–14 sessions. To help you reach your counseling goals within 10–14 sessions, we recommend starting with weekly appointments.
Some clients may respond more quickly, while others may benefit from a longer course of counseling, depending on factors such as appointment frequency, your temperament, ongoing stressors, and your implementation of strategies for growth.
You can contact us to schedule a session or book online with any of our staff—they can all meet with you in person or virtually. Appointments can be scheduled during any of our regular hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
Reach out and connect directly with one of our friendly staff members by calling 817-232-9400. We're here to answer all your questions about couples counseling and guide you through the process with care.
