At CCFAM, we understand emotional, mental, and physical hurt, and we are here to help.
You can be the version of you that you want to be, and learn how to live life differently.
You can find meaning and purpose and understand how to make decisions to move forward.
You can heal from heartache, loss, and failed relationships ready to build meaningful relationships and a community of support.
You can live life with chronic illness and pain but still have hope for the future.
You can feel emotionally pulled in many directions yet have peace and know what is worth investing in.
You can find healing with courage, new knowledge, and renewed hope for the future.
Our goal is to create a responsive, personalized plan that supports growth in trust, communication, and conflict resolution—strengthening your relationship from the inside out.
In addition to couples therapy sessions, your treatment plan may also include individual counseling, tailored to your unique needs and relationship dynamics.
This initial meeting is to discuss your background, current concerns, and specific needs. Together, we will explore how these challenges may be affecting your daily life and begin identifying areas of focus.
This session is a time to collaborate on a counseling plan and explore available resources.
Together, we’ll collaborate to determine the most supportive approach based on your unique needs.
The counseling process is unique for everyone. Meaningful change typically begins to emerge within 10–14 sessions. To help you reach meaningful change within 10–14 sessions, we recommend starting with weekly appointments.
Some clients may respond more quickly, while others may benefit from a longer course of counseling, depending on factors such as appointment frequency, your temperament, ongoing stressors, and your implementation of strategies for growth.

At our counseling practice, we are pleased to offer the option of incorporating a Christian perspective into our counseling sessions. Our counselors are equipped to integrate a Christian worldview as requested, while respecting the individual values and beliefs of our clients. We provide support for personal growth alongside faith development, offering faith-based resources and information about local churches. Additionally, we maintain partnerships with churches that rely on us to provide guidance rooted in biblical wisdom for their members.
