Our CCFAM Staff Mission is to support each other personally and professionally by providing opportunities to Bond in relationships, Unite in faith, and Share knowledge in the field. We accomplish this by:

Teaming – Interactions with each other, celebrating birthdays/anniversaries/accomplishments/special days, character qualities that strengthen the team, praying for each other and supporting in times of need.

Gathering –  Meeting together, Retreats, one on one meetings, and social events

Learning – Seeking out new knowledge and sharing new knowledge for each of our positions.

ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SYSTEM

• Sends appointment reminders to clients
• Built in assessments to send through patient portal to consider possible diagnoses
• Access to a point and click Wiley Treatment Planning System
• Keeps secure form of payment on file for no-shows and appointments
• Patient portal for parents of teens and children
• HIPAA compliant email system

Experienced Intake Specialist and Scheduler

• Takes all intake calls
• Schedules new clients

Insurance Billing Specialist

• Assists with CAQH updates
• Processes all paperwork for individual credentialing for private insurance companies
• Answers out of network and in network billing questions
• Checks eligibility for all clients
• Tracks aging report and billing of credit cards for past due balances
• Submits and follows up on all claims

Advertising/Marketing

• Professionally produced video and picture for each counselor on an interactive website
• Beautiful and professionally designed business cards
• Mailers to all counselors in nearby school districts
• Cross-referrals with CCFAM team for client family members
• Psychology Today Profile for team at CCFAM

COMPENSATION:

• Newly negotiated insurance contracts completed Spring 2024

• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
