Teaming – Attending weekly staff or clinical meetings, personal check-in meetings, summer retreat, and upholding values of CCFAM.
Gathering – Praying for each other and participating in scheduled CCFAM social events.
Learning – Seeking out new knowledge and practical techniques to share with staff, the clients we serve, and the community.
