  • Contacts insurance companies to inquire about clients’ in and out of network benefits
  • Tracks aging report and billing of credit cards for past due balances
  • Submits and follows up on all claims
Advertising/Marketing
  • Professionally produced video and picture for each counselor on an interactive website
  • Beautiful and professionally designed business cards
  • Snail-mail mailers to all counselors in nearby school districts
  • Lunch provided to doctor’s offices who refer often
  • Consistent meetings with agencies and non-profits in the community to build referral sources
  • Cross-referrals with CCFAM team for client family members

COMPENSATION:
  • Salary: $70,000-$75,000.00 a year
  • The income percentage is 57.5% of income (including taxes paid by employer) brought in to the practice.
