Licensed Professional Counselor

Ali Fescenmeyer first joined the Center for Counseling and Family Relationships in 2017 and stepped away to spend time with family in 2020. She returned to join us again in 2023. Ali earned her Master’s of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston in 2014. She received her License as a Professional Counselor in 2016. Ali’s past experiences have included individual and group counseling for children and their families in a private practice setting. She has also worked as a therapist in a non-profit preschool setting in Houston, TX where she helped foster social-emotional skills in young children.

Ali believes that building a safe and trusting relationship is imperative to helping a client find positive change. She uses multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor counseling to meet each individual’s needs. While Ali enjoys working with individuals of all ages, she is passionate about working with parents and children.
