Hello, I’m Ze’Chariah, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Kareecia Thompson. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging space where clients can experience healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in reading, gardening, watching comedies, teaching second grade, and spending quality time with my family and friends. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, laughter, and connection.

I believe every client brings unique strengths and experiences to therapy. My role is to help you discover those strengths and use them to create the change you desire. I strive to build a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
With children, I often use play therapy, sand tray, and narrative techniques to help them process their feelings and build healthy coping tools. With teens and adults, I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Therapy, Gottman Method, and Marriage and Family Therapy principles.
In our sessions, you can expect a balance of open, meaningful conversations and practical tools that support real-life change. Together, we’ll explore emotions, identify family patterns, strengthen relationships, and work toward your goals. For clients who wish, I am also able to incorporate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.
