and know how to change family patterns in the future.
Our owner created CCFAM Training, which is a continuing education provider with courses on family therapy. This allows our family therapists to access valuable training at no cost, ensuring the best possible support for the families we serve.
This initial meeting is to discuss your background, current concerns, and specific needs. Together, we will explore how these challenges may be affecting your daily life and begin identifying areas of focus.
This session is a time to collaborate on a counseling plan and explore available resources.
Together, we’ll collaborate to determine the most supportive approach based on your unique needs.
While every individual is unique, change in therapy typically begins to emerge within 10–14 sessions. To help you reach meaningful change within 10–14 sessions, we recommend starting with weekly appointments.
Some individuals may respond more quickly, while others may benefit from a longer course of therapy depending on factors such as frequency of appointments, their individual temperament, ongoing stressors, and implementation steps towards progress.
Before the first appointment, you will complete a checklist to help identify key concerns. This tool is used throughout the therapy process to track progress and guide treatment goals.
abuse, trauma, childhood issues, PTSD
abuse, infidelity, and addiction
anxiety, depression, anger
men’s issues, women’s issues, grief, career, chronic illness, military/veteran, physical limitations
Christian worldview, eating disorder, cultural concerns
parenting, dating, marriage, blended family, foster care/adoption
social, personal, conflict/resolution

53 minutes
If you are using insurance, coding for family therapy with more than one individual in the session is a 26-minute code. Due to sessions lasting 53 minutes, two family members will be billed for the family therapy appointment under their insurance and applicable copays will apply.
If you are not using insurance, the self-pay rate will be divided between two family members attending the therapy appointment.
Our counselors are equipped to integrate a Christian worldview, while respecting the values and beliefs of your family. We provide support for personal growth alongside faith development, offering faith-based resources and information about local churches. Additionally, we maintain partnerships with churches that rely on us to provide guidance rooted in biblical wisdom for their members.
