Yes. Our counselors are licensed to practice in the entire state of Texas, but not beyond state boundaries.
You can participate in virtual counseling from any location where you are by yourself without anyone else in the room.
We want you to be safe and don’t provide sessions while in a moving vehicle you are driving.

Just like with in-person sessions, this can vary from client to client. You and your counselor can make this decision together.
You and your counselor will consider age, accessibility, severity of symptoms, and progress with virtual sessions as appointments are scheduled.

The counseling process is unique for everyone. Meaningful change typically begins to emerge within 10–14 sessions. To help you reach meaningful change within 10–14 sessions, we recommend starting with weekly appointments.
Some clients may respond more quickly, while others may benefit from a longer course of counseling, depending on factors such as appointment frequency, your temperament, ongoing stressors, and your implementation of strategies for growth.
