Role Options 

Full-Time Counselors 

Includes a dedicated private office, benefits, and the updated 2026 compensation structure. 

Part-Time Counselors 

W-2 role with benefits available, based on eligibility and average completed client sessions per week. 

Associate Counselors 

Associate opportunities are available for clinicians pursuing full licensure. Weekly supervision is provided, and Associates have access to the same benefits options as fully licensed clinicians. Supervisory billing with commercial plans is utilized when allowed by the specific plan, with support from our billing team.

Protected Collaboration Time

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS (W-2)

Benefits are available for both full-time and part-time roles. Salary range below applies to full-time roles. Part-time roles are available for clinicians who want to maintain a consistent weekly schedule and contribute meaningfully to the team. Specific session expectations and benefits eligibility are reviewed early in the interview process to ensure clarity and fit. 

Updated compensation model for 2026 includes hourly pay and quarterly bonus opportunities for eligible full-time licensed clinicians. 

Part-time clinicians are valued members of our team and receive the same clinical, administrative, and community support. 

Quarterly bonus incentives and the optional PTO savings program are available to eligible full-time licensed clinicians only. 

Our intake and admin systems are designed to support consistent session volume and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks. 

Health insurance is available through BCBS (4 plan options), and dental/vision through Renaissance. 

Full-Time Counselors 

Estimated full-time earning potential: $68,000–$93,000 

Based on caseload consistency, experience, and bonus eligibility.

Part-time roles do not qualify for quarterly bonus incentives or the optional PTO savings program.

Do you provide referrals?

Yes — we have a strong intake process and support consistent referrals through our practice and community network. 

Is this an in-person position?

Yes. This role is primarily in-person, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and requested. 

Do you offer a flexible schedule?

Yes — we offer a 4-day work week option. To build a strong caseload, counselors should be available during high-demand client times (which include some evenings and/or weekends).

Do you provide supervision?

Yes. Weekly supervision is provided for Associate counselors. We have LPC, LMFT, and LCSW supervisors on staff, including Registered Play Therapist supervisors for clinicians pursuing the RPT credential.
