At CCFAM, you have two options to pursue to find the counselor on our team that is the best fit for your needs.

The first option is the one to pursue when using insurance benefits is the priority.
The second option is the one to pursue when time of day needed for scheduling or getting the soonest available appointment is the priority. This option is a self-pay fee without using In-Network benefits.

When using insurance is the priority.

We understand the overwhelming cost of healthcare and have chosen to be In-Network Providers for many major insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs.

Step One:

Call to verify who provides Outpatient Mental Health Benefits for your insurance (this may be different than the company listed on your insurance card). Find out your Copay and Deductible for your plan.

Call our office to determine which counselors provide In-Network benefits for your insurance plan and specialize in working with your Counseling Need.
Find out if these counselors are available the time of day you want to schedule and when their first available appointments are being scheduled. Seeing an In-Network counselor requires more schedule flexibility and a longer wait time for an appointment.

Step Three:

Watch the videos of the counselors who are In-Network with your plan, meet your schedule and time frame, and work with your Counseling Need.

Step Four:

Call to schedule an appointment.

When the time of day for scheduling or getting the soonest appointment available is the priority at a self-pay fee.

We have fully licensed counselors who are available for urgent Counseling Needs. We also have Interns and Associates on our team who can provide counseling at a reduced fee.
